Aclara will take a maintenance window to perform a required update to the login services used by the Mobile Programmer application.

The scheduled change will impact the Mobile Programmer login service only. No other Aclara systems will be affected.

Scheduled date: 2/24/2026
Window: 1am-2am ET
Expected duration of maintenance period: ~15 minutes

No action is required from you. Once the maintenance is complete, all services will resume normal operation. If you encounter any Mobile Programmer loading or login issues after the update, please close the app and log in again.
