Aclara will take a maintenance window to perform some final data re-indexing for the AclaraONE MDM environment as related to the searching issue that occurred earlier this week on Tuesday, 6/24. During this time searching via the AclaraONE UI will be unavailable though other functionality and processes will be unaffected.
Proposed Start Time: ~03:00 AM ET Expected duration of maintenance period: ~6 Hours
Following the maintenance window, Aclara will perform additional validation of the AclaraONE Cloud MDM operations to ensure search functions are fully operational.
Validation Window: 07:00 AM - 8:00 AM ET
