Update

Per our software team, a few processes took longer than expected to run post deployment this morning but they have now completed and it will take some additional time for the system to catch up and to process remaining data. Our software team is continuing to monitor so please allow some time for full functionality to be restored. If you do receive any errors, please let us know, thank you for your patience.

Expected duration of maintenance period: ~6 Hours
Ingestion Disruption < 1 hours
UI unavailability < 15 minutes
Water/Gas Readings Impact ~ 1 hours
Electric Readings Impact < 10 minutes
I-HUB transaction Impact < 10 seconds

Following the maintenance window, Aclara will perform an additional validation of the AclaraONE Cloud MDM operations.
