Scheduled - Aclara will take a maintenance window to perform some final data re-indexing for the AclaraONE MDM environment as related to the searching issue that occurred earlier this week on Tuesday, 6/24. During this time searching via the AclaraONE UI will be unavailable though other functionality and processes will be unaffected.

Proposed Start Time: ~03:00 AM ET
Expected duration of maintenance period: ~6 Hours

Following the maintenance window, Aclara will perform additional validation of the AclaraONE Cloud MDM operations to ensure search functions are fully operational.

Validation Window: 07:00 AM - 8:00 AM ET

Scheduled - The Aclara software team is investigating an issue with the CMEP billing export process that was introduced as part of the hosted cloud MDM production release on Tuesday, June 24th. We plan to address the issue as soon as possible which may include a patch to be released as early as Friday June 26th (the actual data and time of the release is still TBD; the date and time listed on this notice will act as a placeholder until further updates are available). Update - Per our software team, a few processes took longer than expected to run post deployment this morning but they have now completed and it will take some additional time for the system to catch up and to process remaining data.
